Unfortunately, one of our manufacturers who we supply your PAX S Series terminals have stopped working across their network due to a software bug. Please be aware this is not just applicable to Nexpay merchants.
Optomany & Pax have identified and have a resolution for the issue which is being communicated out today.

PAX S900 Terminals: All merchants where the 1st step didn’t resolve the issue will be contacted by close of business 06/01/2022 with a remote software install which is showing 100% success.
PAX S800 Terminals: All merchants where the 1st step didn’t resolve this issue will be contacted by close of business 06/01/2022 with a remote software install which is showing a 70% success rate. If your terminal still doesn’t work after this fix, an automated response will ne sent to an engineer who will visit your site and force and update on your terminal. This will be completed by close of business 07/01/2022
